After you click the download link and it finished downloading, you should get an. Make an account on the site(s) and find a map you want to download.
You can head to websites like Zombie Modding (my favorite), ugx mods, Zommods, etc. You want to make a new folder and label it 'mods' (Without the quotations.) It must be spelled exactly like that or it won't work.
If you are not on steam it should be in Users > (Whatever your user name is) > AppData > Local > Activision > Call of Duty World at War. If you are on steam it should be in Program Files (86x) > Steam > steamapps > common > Call of Duty World at War. The first thing (after installing WAW and making sure it's patched to the latest version) is to open up your file explorer and head to the install folder of the game.
